Established in July of 2014, The Roswell Silver Dollar was founded by Joseph Ellis, a third-generation pawn shop owner and Roswell native. Joe grew up immersed in the pawn shop business and by the age of nine, he was already working alongside his father. With over 30 years of hands-on experience, Joe saw an opportunity to continue his family's tradition by opening a high-end pawn and jewelry shop to serve the communities of Roswell, Alpharetta, and the Greater Atlanta area.
